Stressing, help please 😞

So lately I've been really stressed, I'm a junior in high school and that is a hell of a lot of stress by itself. Recently me and ex boyfriend broke up, he was actually the first guy I've ever felt a connection with, the only guy i really had strong feelings for. Ever since the break up everything just went down hill. I've always promised myself that I wouldn't depend my happiness on any one else. I mean I've been okay I just have a lot on my mind. But lately things have just been a whole lot worse on me. I've struggled with depression and anxiety, and right now everything is just hectic. I have never been this stressed, my ance is worse, I haven't been eating right, I can't concentrate, and my period is late. I just don't know what to do.
