miscarriage? chemical pregnancy?

New Update: (also changed name of post) I took 3 pregnancy tests. the first one was so faint I could barely see it and you probably wouldnt notice it if you werent looking but its there! so I thought I was crazy and got two more. which were negative. and I believe I may be starting my period, accompanied by a lot of back pain. which I never had on my period. still feeling nauseous as well. could this be an early miscarriage or chemical pregnancy? I'm not gonna go to the doctor because it would crush me to find that out.

okay so my period is 3 days late. I have had cramps and back pain for 2 days. and this morning I almost puked on my way to work and took an anitnausea medication. That I normally never have before a period. And my periods are very regular. I decided today after work I would test. now, I have brown blood or discharge. I do get this sometimes usually after my period (sorry for tmi). Now I'm feeling very let down. what are your opinions?
