What us wrong with me?

Ive been nauseas, exhausted, boobs hurt im feeling out of it today, havent had a period since August 27th- September 2nd, i went to the hospital and they tested me on a while bunch of stuff and couldnt figure out whats wrong with me, i had 2 blood tests and 2 urine in the past 2 weeks and im negative on them for pregnancy, all they said at the hospital is that im extremely comsipated, & now today i had a tiny bit of spotting and thats it and im still exhausted plus back aches and head aches, anybody ever been through this?....
