Healthy snacks

So I’ve got to go to my in laws in a few weeks. Problem is I’m still in my 1st trimester and we aren’t planning on telling anyone until around Thanksgiving.

I’m hungry all the time and eating every 2-3 hours. I want to keep eating healthy foods and get in my protein, but I don’t eat red meat and they live on a farm not close to anything. Ideas for healthy snacks or foods I can bring with me? Trying not to bring too much attention to my constant eating too.

Just in case anyone is worried, I’m still the same weight as before, so the extra eating isn’t adding lb.
