Where to print invitations with characters on it?

I want to buy an invitation PDF from Etsy with moana characters on it. Where can I print these out without problems? I’m not sure if you can print out licensed characters that you don’t own the rights to 🤷🏻‍♀️ I want them to be photo quality on thick paper

I printed out pictures of the Little Mermaid at Walmart. They were cheap, looked great, and the people working there don’t care if you have the rights to it 😜

I don’t think licensing is something you need to worry about. I’m a graphic designer (in the UK) and my understanding is that the Etsy seller should be the one to make sure they aren’t violating any copyright laws, and selling you a legal product.
