Still waiting

So the doc drew some blood to test my hog levels cause I had a little bleeding and they did a vaginal ultrasound and she didn’t see anything at 5 weeks and 2 days .this was on Tuesday... so today I called and they said they had the results but couldn’t give them until my doctor reviewe them like why would they not tell me something today and it’s Friday making me wait until Monday . I don’t know whether to think something is wrong or what but it’s annoying as hell im trying to relax
