Are these acceptable post partum pads

I have never worn a pad.. Today I went shopping to build my postpartum supply kit. Can anyone tell me if these pads are a reasonable size.. they said super absorbency but they seem thin.. how much can I expect to bleed? I am a first time mom and I don't know what to expect. My whole family and my husbands will be in town and I have an irrational fear of bleeding on my couch.. chair or through my pants 😐. I also don't have any underwear and had to buy some today they are mid rose bikini should those be sufficient? I feel so unprepared for what my body will be like after 😣
