Bowel movement ???

My 1 week old hasnt had a bowel movement in over 48 hours when should i contact her doctor , shes not fussy and her tummy isnt hard , any advice?

One week old? I wouldn't stress, especially if she's not fussy or anything. You can always try a little tummy massage or little bicycle movements with her legs. It'll come! 😆

My baby did the same , she is now almost 6 weeks old and she has at least one bowel a day, they usually aren’t concerned unless baby goes 3-4 days without pooping . You can also lay your baby in a warm bath for 15 minutes and it might relax the bowels & get them going , just be careful not to get the umbilical cord wet if it hasn’t fallen off yet .
