How to use Glow App?

I don't understand how to use this app. Like how do I track my ovulation and it says I'm on my period now when I'm not I haven't started. I have never dome anything like this before! HELPPP

u have the prediction turned on. just go and press "I'm late ". it will delay it for two days each time u press it. when u start, go and press " I started" (or I think that's what it's called). the app is not accurate right away.  once u use it for 3-6 months,  it will learn YOUR cicle and accurately predict it. I've been on here for 3 years and after 4 months, it started predicting my period on time, down to the day, each time it's a matter of logging and tracking ur cycle for a few months at first, before the app gets to know YOUR pattern
