Bleeding? 😰 Not mucus plug @ 39+4

I've been having cramping & lightning crotch for the last two days, but nothing strong enough or consistent enough to time.

Went to the loo today like normal & wiped from the front to find this:

I instantly thought my plug or 'show' but I checked the back to find blood there too.

Long story short, there's no blood inside my vagina (I checked), but there was a little in my anus. (Sorry, doesn't sound pretty!)

I'm freaking out. Do I call the hospital? Is this normal for almost 40 weeks pregnant? Could it still be my 'show' but somehow got lost back there?

I'm so confused 😥
