Why can't I orgasm?

I can never seem to orgasm with masturbation or with my boyfriend. My boyfriend isn't bad in bed and brings me pleasure but it never brings me over the edge. Everytime the feeling starts to build up my whole body starts to twitch and we have to stop. Because of this I have never had an orgasm. Is something wrong with me?

Hm does it feel good when he's pleasuring your clit or kind of hurt also in a way? Because when my boyfriend is rubbing if he's rubbing too directly on it it'll still feel good in a way but hurt at the same time a bit and my leg starts to twitch like crazy so I adjust his hand to a better way that hurts less but still feels good and makes me orgasm

I have this same issue it's so frustrating! Been with my fiancé for 5 years now and just resigned myself to not being able to orgasm.. tried relaxing and distracting and powering through until I got this app recently. I'm reading and learning through others posts and keep trying
