Pregnancy test positive but not pregnant

Hi all

This is my first time posting. I had my period 2 days earlier than usual last month on 22 sept. Till today, I am still bleeding. I was at the gynae and the blood tests are positive and urine tests but there’s nothing in my scan? Anybody have something similar happen to them? I’ve had a miscarriage before and a bleeding pregnancy. So I feel very confused about what’s happening
