what do you do?
what do you do when your anxiety causes you to think the worst of a certain something and or someone? it happens to me way too often. i see or hear something that sets of my anxiety and i automatically start thinking the worst. for example I see a post on fb that I feel i should be tagged in but I am not and my anxiety jumps to the conclusion that my best friend is mad at me and not talking to me, maybe even doesnt want to be my friend anymore. is that stupid? does anyone else ever have something like that happen to you? how do you calm yourself down from that anxiety?
