This waiting is going to kill me...

Currently 6 weeks and 1 day scheduled for first ultrasound November 8th the waiting is literally going to kill me. I just want to know that my little bean is okay and developing as it should be. I’m new to this and was wondering if anyone had any tips or anything to kind of ease my mind or things I could do to keep my mind off of it.
