Can I take these meds while breastfeeding?

Can I take Sudafed Sinus while breastfeeding? What about Tylenol? What about Mucinex Dm Congestion? Are all Ok, None ok, some ok?

Most cold medicines tend to be fine other than making baby a little drowsy. That being said, from what I've read, sudafed is known for decreasing breastmilk.

Sudafed will dry your breastmilk up. Don’t. I’d ask about muconex. Tylenol is ok. Maybe try calling your dr?

You can take sudafed but you risk it drying up your milk. They is why hey say you can't take it if breastfeeding. I had a massive supply so I was fine with it knocking back my supply some but if you already have supply issues avoid it.
