Help !! What could this be? :-(

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?? I have a 4 month old son and he seems to be struggling with feeding, and is in pain as soon as the bottle goes in his mouth. I thought it may of been a touch of thrush as has been teething for a while now... checked this morning and saw this on his gum :-O!!! He has the same on the other side. Also smaller bumps on the bottom guy. Could this be teeth?? He has no other teeth yet. Has anyone experienced this with their LO?
