Hysterectomy??

I was diagnosed with endometriosis about three years ago. Then after some very painful periods ( crying pain) they diagnosed me with fibroid tumors. I am 41 and debating a hysterectomy. The pain is very bad but also unpredictable. One period may be manageable with Just naproxen and the next one could be so bad I have to take the serious pain meds and be down for days. These bad ones have usually been every three months or so but every period is awful between the hormones and the pain. Because they removed my right ovary three years ago I am now peri menopausal. My fear has been what happens when they just take everything at once. Hoping someone has some advice. Should I just continue to manage the pain or have the hysterectomy done?
