Guess I am syco

So according to my boyfriend I am syco because he locked the bathroom door with his phone to take a shower. He never locks the door while taking a shower and he brings his phone in the bathroom with him every time he is in there now. Seems odd to me so I asked him about it and he said he locked it cause it's a habit... um no its not cause he never locks the door so how could it be a habit. So then I asked him were you jacking off in there and he said no and then later called me syco after I said how is that a habit when you never lock the door and why do you always have your phone in there with you. So Should I be concerned?
