Three chronic diseases

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when I was eight. It was the first life changing event in my life. It was a shock to both my parents and I. A year after my diagnosis, I developed celiac disease. Celiac disease meant that I had to change my diet and eat gluten free. Because of these chronic illnesses I have suffered from anxiety and depression. I developed an eating disorder at 13(Binge eating disorder). Though hard work and therapy I have helped myself become aware of my emotions and things that trigger my emotional eating. Despite this, i have had a challenging year. I have developed a third chronic disease, Crohn's disease. This causes me to experience daily discomfort, and I can't take any pain killers for the pain. I have asked many doctors and my specialist if there is any drug I can take. I get the same answer, no. This is a problem because I get debilitating period pain. I vomited last month because of my period and couldn't get out of bed for days. The only thing to stop this is to go on the pill, but it could worsen both my depression and anxiety. My mum is strongly opposed to me taking the pill but I can't see any other alternatives. Does anyone know what I could possibly take?
