Just wanna give some straight up kudos to the moms of kids who aren't sleeping through the night yet.

It is some crazy ass shiz that these kids are 9 months old and not sleeping yet. If you told me my kid would still only be sleeping 1-3.5 hour stretches at night I would have been like...

I remember at 6 months someone said my son wouldn't be able to find his soother in the crib until 9 months. At that point he kept waking, needing his soother replaced 😵 And I remember saying like uhhh are you on drugs, I cannot wait another 3 months of this. But here I am. He doesn't have a soother anymore but he still wakes up 🤷🏼‍♀️

And that's another thing!!!! It is NOTHING that you are doing or not doing that is causing this.

Because believe me, we have tried it all.

Basically. I just want to say. Amazing fucking work, moms. Amazing work. One day our babies will sleep. They just need time. We drew a short straw in some ways, but there are so many, MANY wonderful things about these kids that make it worth every minute of lost sleep.
