I was 15 and he was 20 year old when we got together and we still are I’m 18 now  and he’s turning 23 in Jan. There’s a Romeo and Juliet law as long as you know what ur doing and you want it go for it.

I don’t know why people are saying it’s illegal. Sex would be illegal. Sexual actions would be illegal. But dating is not illegal. My boyfriend and i have been dating for a year and a half and we were 16 and 19. As long as the parents are okay with it it’s perfectly okay.

update: where i live 16 is the age of consent so it wouldn’t be illegal. it’s just more the age difference and the mental difference.
