Help please 😭

Okay so I'm supposed to be 5-6 weeks pregnant and I'm bleeding like this for the past 4 days. No cramping. No pain at all. Still feel so pregnant. I'm terrified & feel alone on this! I went to the er and my levels went up! They said it was a "threatened miscarriage" to wait on my app to find out for sure. But that's days away. I need all the advice & stories I can get. 😭😭
