Worried.. advice please 😩

Well ladies I am 11 weeks and 5 days today and have my scan on Thursday.. I have already had an early scan at 8weeks due to pains and slight bleeding. Everything was ok they said baby was growing fine and there was a heart beat.. however over the past week or so my symptoms have worn off and I don't really feel pregnant apart from the tiny lil bump I have, I'm really really scared for Thursday for my scan.. me and my partner have been trying for so long and we are so excited about our lil baby... what are the chances that things won't be ok? I know no one can really tell me I'm just looking for some advice or if anyone has been in the same boat.. I'd really appreciate it ladies 👶🏼💗👵🏻
