Ftm right lower belly pain....

I went to the dr Friday am for 28 week check and everything was fine. Friday evening starting have a straining type pain on right lower side of my belly. Baby is moving like he normally does but the pressure is intense. It doesn't come and go. And when I run my hand down my belly I can feel him sitting there..how do I get him to move over?? I've tried laying on my left side and it works while I'm laying there but shortly after I move he goes right back to that spot. Has anyone else dealt with this?
