Brown blood spotting at 5w 5days?

Hi all! I am pregnant with my third baby, I have been having some brown blood spotting and some when I wipe. I called the ob line and they said it can be normal in early pregnancy. I haven’t had any cramps or bright red blood. Just wondering if anyone experienced this too?

Hey, I had a tiny bit of red, then some brown spotting. Just one day, and now it's over. It seems to be pretty common.  Can't wait for my first appointment this week.

Hey there! I'm 6 weeks, 1 day with my first and just last night I had some light pink/brownish spotting. It certainly makes me anxious, as I haven't had any spotting up until now, but I have read and been told it is normal. If it's bright red and/or accompanied by cramps, then there is cause for concern. Of course now I'm paranoid every time I go to the bathroom, but I am really trying to stay calm and positive.
