Hiding my pregnancy?

I am a nurse and am in the process of getting my first nursing job.  I'm 13 weeks pregnant and haven't started the job yet.  I don't want to tell the nursing director because I feel like if they know they will retract their offer.  At the same time, I'm already starting to really show so I'm worried that if I don't say something they will feel like I deceived them.  
Should I tell them I'm pregnant before I start working or wait until after I'm working a few weeks before telling them?

Just tell them, it’s actually illegal to turn you down because of that reason

If they already offered you the job they can’t retract their offer due to your pregnancy. (If you are in the states!)

Yeah just because it isn't legal doesn't mean they couldn't just say they decided on another candidate and come up with a different reason.  There would be no way to prove that they didn't hire you because of pregnancy.  Wait to tell them.

Depending on your scrubs you can actually hide it very well, I wore my normal scrubs until 20 weeks. But I would tell them because there will be certain patients you can’t take care of...anyone on chemo or cytotoxic meds, certain respiratory infections etc. If they’ve extended you a position they shouldn’t take it back. I know how you feel though it’s hard to find your first nursing job and don’t want to jeopardize it. Good luck!

I just got a new job when I was 20 weeks and that's when I started showing. I didn't tell them until after orientation was over and they seemed okay with it. At that point they can't fire me for it lol and same for your job. (I'm a nurse assistant)

In my country you cannot get fired or not get hired for a job because you are pregnant. You have no legal obligation to tell them. In fact in my country you only need to give a month's notice that you are going on maternity leave. Of course, it's a courtesy to tell them but not a must.

I got a place at 29 weeks pregnant on my nursing degree and didn't tell them. Just wore a baggy dress. You can wait a few weeks, it's not illegal to give a different reason for retracting the job offer and people do discriminate still so I wouldn't see it as deceitful for you not to tell them straight away
