The past two days or so, my LO stays on the boob waayyy longer than usual (like, 40 minutes compared to, at most, 20 minutes!). I usually let her detach herself before I burp her and offer the other boob in case she is still hungry, but 40 minutes is way longer than I'm use to! I want to make sure she "empties" the boob and gets the hind milk, which is another reason I tend to not detach her myself. Is there anything wrong with letting her go for so long? Should I start detaching her at some point?
