Silly question, but I had two positive ovulation sticks last Sunday and Monday. BD both days. I have been having on and off abdominal cramping and twinges everyday since then. My question is, can you still have implantation with no bleeding? I've seen no signs of pink/red discharge yet but I'm hoping it doesn't mean a BFN is in my future!
