when is the correct date to have saex?

This is the cycle I got pregnant. We did a 3 day hold and then had sex cd 13-18, since I have a 30 day cycle it’s assumed I ovulate around cd 15. 
All I can see is a lack of frequency in your chart. It takes a lot of sex at the right time to get pregnant. If you aren’t going to use ovulation tests, take your cycle length -14 days and thats likely the day you ovulate. Have sex 2 days before, that day, and two days after.

you haven't had any sex in your fertile window in October by the looks of it. You need to plan it more into the green days.

Do it every other day all month and two days in a row on your most fertile days. That's what worked for me. We tried 3 months. The first two I just did every other day and stopped after my fertile window. You never really can know when you ovulate.

During the green fertile week. Right when you are going to ovulate. If you take opks it helps tremendously. Having sex throughout the fertile week increases your chances.
