REPOST sorry 😞

I posted this a few times but didn't get much of an answer. I know that it's technically "invalid" because I opened it but I was super confused. The test I bought was equate (+) or (-), and my results were this. I've been feeling way off and thought it was my endometriosis. My period did come but was late and kinda wacky. I just decided to take this for the hell of it and the results confused me! I was hoping someone had an answer as to why the line is vertical when it should be horizontal if I'm not pregnant. I'm also not sure if it's just a typical blue dye evap or does it look promising? I feel so stupid because I did bleed but this test has got me so confused. Please help ladies.😭
