I believe this is the one my husband and I bought from Adam and eve. It's so smooth and it doesn't dry out fast! It feels a lot like oil based, except that it dries sooner. (Usually like half an hour of use before it dries instead of 5 minutes like a lot of the water based ones I tried.)
