Pain on one side

Hi all. So I've. been getting this pain in my lower left abdomen. It shoots down to behing my knee and Just there. It feels like I might've pulled a muscle on my side or my leg that causing the pain but I've heard of side pain being an ectopic pregnancy. I feel it more when I'm sitting. I didnt drink as much water this weekend so maybe its that? ive had inflamed kidneys but it feels nothing like that. I'm 7 weeks and have my first prenatal visit Wednesday. Is any of this pain normal? Trying to calm my family mind and not freak out. Ive had this pain before a few weeks ago but it passed. No other bleeding or anything. Anyone have this pain?????
