Vaginal irritation?

I am so fed up with my vagina. About 2 months ago I had an awful yeast infection and a case of bv after my period. I was scared shitless because it actually bled from itching and I convinced myself it was herpes! The gyno gave me a pill for the yeast and a gel for bv. I used a menstrual cup while I had bv and yeast and I think, and I forgot to boil it! Immediately after my period I started getting itchy again. I used monistat which got rid of all discharge and the itch subsided. I was still really itchy so I figured I probably reinfected myself with BV. I still had gel antibiotics, so I completed the full course of them again. I am still extremely itchy and I've been noticing a small amount of white discharge again. I have been tested for STDs, and everything came back clear. I just don't know what to do or what it could be. Any ideas on how to soothe this itch/irritation? It's mostly near my inside and outside lips. I will be seeing a doctor soon
