It’s not much, but it’s progress🤷🏽♀️🙌🏽🤗
So this was my weight loss 2.0
I had previously lost 25 lbs then rapidly gained it back.
Then back in November 2016 I started again. And have lost to today a total of 18-20lbs.
I no longer have that chunky face or back rolls.
Just have to work on my stomach now. 😓
It’s not much but it’s progress.
