Night time cramping and stomach aches

I am 5 weeks and 3 days and starting to dread night time 😩 at about 730 every night I seem to get bad cramping that feels like I should have gas or need to have a BM but I usually don't actually need to go. Sometimes if I sit on the toilet I will pass some gas. This stomach ache feeling keeps me up so much of the night. Anyone else feel like this? Why is it happening just at night? I had an early ultrasound a few days ago and thy said everything looks good so far. Please help!
