WTF! I'm at my Limit , 32 Weeks Pregnant and I don't know what else to do ....

First of all let me start off by saying that I'm

So Glad and blessed to say God Has Given me My Son . I don't Regret Him Not a single Second . My Fiancé Is a Dream Come True . He Talks to my Son , Rubs My Feet , Buys me what I need and Even what I don't like (chocolate and Snacks).......

But His Grandma who Has Raised Him since He was A Baby Due to Neglectful Parents . Seems to Have an Opinion About Every Damn thing . From How he dresses , How he eats , How his beard looks , what he's doing wrong and what she wants him to do and how she wants him to act . I didn't try to but He Now Lives With Me which he should ,Hello were getting Married and were Having a Kid. Her voice is so Damn annoying and it just pisses me off every time she opens her mouth to even speak . I had a pregnancy Scare 2 weeks ago side note : I've been throwing up my entire pregnancy in fact my OB has me on Nausea Meds , the Baby is fine he's still growing healthy and strong active as he wants to be and in fact a little too Healthy 😍. I drink water like a fish but I guess since throwing up so much I got Severely Dehydrated and started having contractions and ended up Starting to Dilate. Well while at the Hospital she surprised visited and as the nurse was asking me Questions about me and my pregnancy. The nurse asked about Breastfeeding and I said yes I plan on Breastfeeding, this Lady Opens her mouth interrupting the Nurse to turn her face up and tell me I shouldn't Breastfeed . I couldn't do anything but just close my eyes and pray she SDFU . End of sidenote.

Now we went Baby Shopping with my Mother and Sister and his Grandmother Keeps calling and keeps calling so then she calls my phone and I give it to him she got mad because I didn't answer my phone which Bill I Pay. So then she starts texting me about my fiancé in regards to his Grandfather who has Alzheimer's, he doesn't do much but Walk around and she hates that if she gets tired of him walking she Ties him down to His Chair . So along the lines she calls him everyday just so he can come to her house and Literally sit and watch his Grandfather all Day Long and put him in Bed . No matter what we do we always make sure to come and put him in bed EVERYNIGHT. so she ends up Texting me this and it's like she's blaming me for why her 24 yr old Grandson is Seeming Distant to her or the fact she has little to No Control over Him . My mother will not go to her house or entertain her BS and I know my Fiancé gets tired of me complaining about her so I just don't wanna say anything anymore . What do I do if you were me what would you do ? Can anyone give me advice ?
