Fluid in baby kidney

I’m 30 weeks pregnant and at my 25th week I had a US done and the fluid grew in size and there is a cyst on that kidney but his left kidney is fine. This is my 4th pregnancy and I’m already dilated and he has dropped a lot already. Due to the kidney issue do you think they will induce me early? I never experienced anything with my last 3 pregnancies or has anyone had this issue as well. I’m worried and scared and I know I have a possibility of having a c section because his tummy is bigger and may not pass through if I did vaginal.
