Beginning workout journey!!!

I need a support system to help motivate and keep me on track.

I’ve been working out on and off with huge gaps in between. For me it’s really hard to stay with something when i don’t have anyone to talk to or workout with. I have a friend who’s been trying to lose weight too but she doesn’t really do anything about it other than complain and I’ve tried to motivate her and do a “we can work out together” kind of thing but she lives an hour away and isn’t really helpful.

I’m just rambling, but basically I would love it if you guys could help me and maybe give me some pointers or someone could be my online workout buddy!!
