Should I call my doctor?

My period, since I got it the first time, has been exactly regular to the hour. It comes in the morning on the exact day it's supposed to. No guessing. If it isn't there when I wake up, it's not coming. Even through several birth controls (except the depo which caused me to have a full on period for 6 months which was how long it took to decide to switch). This is my second month with the Skyla IUD. My first month my period came on the exact right day and was very heavy, even though I'd had spotting all month since insertion. I had 3 days of spotting, then on the day my period was supposed to start- nothing. Today is the 2nd day and nothing either. I know it's supposed to stop your periods but not this early right? I've had zero negative side effects and I'm thinking there's no way it's this perfect for me that it's already stopped my period! I had like 3 minutes of period cramps and then it stopped and I've been fine all day. Should I ask my doctor or wait a little longer?
