Team birth control pill AND condom: How Reliable?

I have been taking birth control pills for four months every night exactly at 10:00. I'm sure a couple of days from those four months I took it an hour late but I thought it was ok. Also, I've skipped a white pill before (because they are the sugar pills and I was too lazy to get up!).

So my boyfriend and I just started having sex when I got to month four of birth control because I wanted to be sure that the pills have been given ample time to work their magic. We ALWAYS use a condom, and it's never broken/leaked in anyway! I do not use the withdrawal method.

My question is: how reliable is the birth control pill and condom?
