Is my mind tricking me!?

Ladies!! The waiting game is sooo hard! I can’t decide if I’m actually having symptoms or if my mind is just playing tricks on me!!! My mind had played tricks before so I dont know what to think. Has anyone else had or currently having the problem?

I had it happen twice. Since I want to get pregnant so bad my body made me have symptoms and actually made me spot too! But these both times I wasn't pregnant :/ gonna try next month tho and not think about it and just make it a routine to take my fertility pills

My husband and I just started ttc about 3 months ago. We had a miscarriage last December and it was super emotional. I feel like every time I'm waiting dueing the two weeks my head makes me believe I have symptoms! Then we get all excited until AF shows up. I always feel so let down. This month I thought I had implantation bleeding, then about an hour later it was more so I figured it wasn't. But AF wasnt supposed to come for another 5 days... then it just stopped that day. I always thought when I was ready to get pregnant it would be instant. Man this is a lot of work!
