I had unprotected sex saturday night or u can say sunday morning he says he pulled out but im not really sure of that he did pull out from the start , my glow calender say 1% risk of pregnancy, im not in my fertile days i start my period on the 6 next month but im so nervous and paranoid my anxiety  is bad im having chest cramps worring so much....can somebody  tell me if i should be worried or not...?

Well there is always a chance of pregnancy every time u have unprotected sex. Just relax and try not to stress Im pretty sure u will be fine.

If you are this worried I would say you need to get on birth control asap or use protection. There is always the morning after pill, you have up to 72 hours to use it after unprotected sex. Other than that idk.

I would suggest getting plan B if you are afraid that what happened last night could be fatal for your future. $50 bucks, and it has to be taken in less than 72 hours. It broadcasts all over TV :)
