maybe TMI? anybody else have funny sensation at end of urethra after peeing?

So kinda hard to explain. I have no infections, but ever since I got pregnant pretty much, right after I pee, especially if I lay down or anything, I get this strange sensation at the tip of my urethra opening.. almost like I have to pee again already. Sometimes I get up and try again, even within a few minutes of having just went. It gets so tiring! I usually find myself not being able to ignore the sensation which leads me to getting up to go about 3-4 times in the night. Anybody else have this issue or a similar issue? is it normal or strange?

I've had a similar sensation for the whole pregnancy. I usually just wait it out instead of going straight back to the bathroom. The sensation diminishes after about 20-30 minutes.

Edit: I also will expel more pee when trying to go again after the sensation, and when leaning to my left more comes out. It's like my bladder isn't emptying all the way?
