My boyfriend won’t go down on me..

So I’ve been with my boyfriend for six months, I have gave him head countless times and he’s maybe done the same once, I ask him all the time to do it but he blames it on me, because once I said I was insecure..Not really sure what to do anymore, he’s not good at it regardless but he can’t get better if he doesn’t try..
