Okay, this was waaay back into my freshman year of high school. I'm a sophomore in college now.

I was dating this dude for about 3 months, and looking back, it was kind of obvious that one of the main reasons why he wanted to be with me was for sexual reasons.

Since our first kiss, all he would ever want to do is kiss and make out with me ALL the time. Yes, even in public, at school. And it was getting us into a lot of trouble.

I was aware of this and whenever he would try to kiss/make out with me at an unnecessary time, I would tell him not to. But he would say something like "does it even matter?" "They're doing it, why can't we?" "No one is watching" and I was naïve and didn't want to fight, so I caved in.

It gave me a bad reputation in high school and it's something about myself that I feel ashamed of. To this day, I am super duper cautious about PDA.

As iread more about assaults and consent, it just seems to me that I was given a bad hand. But I'm not sure because it's nothing that has to do with penetration or anything. So.. is it harassment? Or something within that category?
