Currently on CD 28 of my third round of Femara (7.5 mg, CD 3-7). This morning I got back my CD 23 progesterone blood work results and they were 10.7 which is the best I've had so far! Previous to this round, the highest level I'd had was 4.3, but my doctor told me she wants to see levels of at least 10, so this is a massive improvement! I'm super relieved the Femara is finally getting me to O, and in a more timely manner, especially since this dosage is as high as my doctor will prescribe! Unfortunately though, I doubt this round got me pregnant despite the better progesterone results since my husband, who's in the Army, got called away for a training 3 days before I O'd... but, I guess we'll see! If AF doesn't show by the day after tomorrow, I'll test. If this round doesn't do it, I really hope the 4th will, because that's the last round we'll be able to do for a while since we're expecting to move across the country soon, and we'll have to restabilize our finances after that before we can get back to actively TTC...
