Estradiol vaginally?

Question

Anybody else have to take estradiol to thicken uterine lining? It is the same pill as you swallow but you insert it into your vagina without a plunger applicator. Seems weird to me. Haha

Glad I’m not alone. So strange though right? Did your lining thicken up? Good luck! Let me know what happens in 2 weeks. I have an appointment tomorrow to check the lining/follicles.

Hi Carrie- I've been taking estradiol vaginally 2x a day since my u/s this past Friday. I was in letrazole/femara but bleeding everyday so my RE asked me to take this to thicken my lining. I stopped bleeding within hours of taking the first pill. kinda weird to use it vaginally but it helped me. I took it for 6 days and had my trigger yesterday at noon and iui today.
