Hey ladies need some advice on what to do! I work 40 hrs a week at a Estée Lauder store at delta airlines. I'm 13 weeks pregnant, also high risk with couple other complications. My old store manager (a mom herself) was okay with me taking a sit break when I needed it, and to go eat when I started to get nauseous. Now we have a new store manager(not a mother) that is now controlling when I can and can't eat, regardless if I'm feeling ill or nauseous. Also will not let me take a minute to sit down if needed. I'm on my feet all day at work now with no relief, besides when they say I can and can not eat. I need the job for insurance renewal, they also screwed me out of when I first stated working for them! Been with the company for a year next month. Help ladies!!
