Depends how you MC and what your obgyn said. I MC at 7weeks naturally and my obgyn said to wait two weeks and for my hcg to be negatives. Took 11 days to have neg hcg and got pregnant 2 weeks on the dot after my MC. I am now 11weeks4 days 😉
