Has anyone ever had his as a symptom❓‼️❓

Has anyone felt a sudden sharp but not painful twinge feeling?? Like once little certain spot in your uterus? I just felt it it lasted like 5 minutes. I'm 8dpo and having a bubbly popping feeling all over my uterus for going on 3 days straight that I had with my first pregnancy along with heavy white discharge frequent urination Fatigue and no normal hurtful cramping only a few random days of On and off supper subtle cramping. 2 days late took a test the day before period was due and it was negative. Planning to test his weekend just looking to see if anyones experienced this before or can give advice?? Praying for this to be our 🌈👶🏻 after a sudden loss his past march!! No rude comments.
